Latest 2 nighter

Hi All. Went for my usual 2 nighter on Fri/Sat with a friend (carper on his second visit to the stretch). His 1st visit a fourtnight ago he had 1 barbel n a couple of chubb n bream while I had 6 barbel fishing different tactics and baits. He arrived 1st so chose 2 swims next to each other at the bottom end on the flats. He had been to the supplier for the new boilies I've been using and was fishing identical end rigs to me and went on to kick my ass, 7 barbel to 1. 4 rods out fishing the same rigs n baits cast (clipped) to the same area yet all his fish fell to the same rod ? (maybe I gave him too much info). Any way he's back down with me this weekend, I think he's been converted. My only fish was 7lb 8oz and my mates best fish was 9lb 10oz. Its time to start getting wrapped up both nights the temps really dropped and I forgot just how cold it gets down there.
